People who type hotels Yangshuo China usually get a West Street ranking. The useful question is where the bed sits on the karst morning. "Yangshuo China hotels" is the same search. If tomorrow is the Yulong River or the Ten-Mile Gallery, the night before should already be in Yangshuo.

On the Guilin 4D3N line, arrival goes to Yangshuo. Afternoon is the Li River. Night is a Yangshuo hotel. Day 2 is cave and bamboo raft, or a countryside loop, still sleeping in Yangshuo. Day 3 is the peach-garden boat and Xianggong Mountain, still Yangshuo. That is the published four-day density: the raft does not start with a Guilin city checkout.

The three-day express does Longji on day 1 and returns to a Guilin city hotel. Day 2 is the first Yangshuo check-in, after the cave and the raft. That morning is a drive in, not a walk from the river path. A terrace day can live in Guilin. A raft-and-gallery day should not.
The longer luxury line stays in Guilin for the city parks and the terrace day, then checks into Yangshuo after 2 p.m. on the Li River and gallery day. Karst walking still waits for the Yangshuo nights. What "luxury" must include besides a nicer postcode is luxury China tours.
West Street is dinner and a short walk. Some houses on that strip are loud at night, and some have no lift — ask before you pay, do not copy a booking-site list. A river-path or gallery-side house puts tomorrow's walk and the raft closer. A far village brand is often the sight: the grounds are the day, and a West Street supper can be a forty-minute car, not a stroll. That is a location price, not a ranking.
