By booking a trip with Travel to Qin, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a journey that may involve numerous risks and dangers, including but not limited to:
I acknowledge that the excitement of traveling to new destinations and engaging in adventurous activities comes with certain inherent risks. These risks are part of the experience that I voluntarily choose to undertake.
I hereby agree to take full responsibility for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unexpected events, illness, injury, emotional trauma, or death.
I acknowledge that the cost of all Travel to Qin trips is based on participants agreeing to this release of liability and assumption of risks. Therefore, I release and discharge Travel to Qin and its agents from all liability arising from my participation in the tour or expedition.
This release is legally binding upon myself, minors traveling with me, and my legal representatives. I fully assume all the risks of travel and waive any claims against Travel to Qin to the fullest extent allowed by law.
While we strive to provide the most accurate information, changes to the itinerary may occur due to improvements or logistical factors such as flight or government policy changes. Travel to Qin will keep you informed of any alterations, but cannot be held liable for unexpected changes.
Trip prices are based on current costs and exchange rates at the time of inquiry and are not guaranteed until booking is confirmed.
To confirm your reservation with Travel to Qin, a deposit of USD $888 per person is required. Full payment must be made 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
If a customer fails to complete payment within the 60-day window, Travel to Qin reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.
By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions set by Travel to Qin.
All travelers are required to provide proof of medical insurance prior to departure. In case of injury, illness, or safety threats during your trip, having medical and travel insurance is essential. While Travel to Qin can assist in recommending providers, it is the traveler’s responsibility to secure appropriate coverage.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain the necessary visas. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the end of the trip. Travel to Qin will assist with obtaining travel permits for sensitive areas in China (such as Tibet), but we cannot guarantee approval from government agencies.
Travel to Qin reserves the right to capture and publish photographs taken during the tour. By booking a reservation, participants agree to allow their image to be used in promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
It is the responsibility of each traveler to select a trip appropriate to their interests and physical abilities. Travel to Qin will provide detailed pre-departure information and recommendations to help travelers prepare for their journey. Participants must ensure they are in good health and bring all necessary gear as outlined in the pre-departure materials.
Travel to Qin organizes, promotes, and facilitates tour programs by purchasing services such as transportation, accommodation, and excursions from various suppliers. However, Travel to Qin is not responsible for any willful or negligent acts of those independent suppliers or third-party service providers.
By booking a tour, participants acknowledge that Travel to Qin is not liable for any accident, injury, costs, or losses incurred as a result of any third-party services, nor any unforeseen events such as acts of terrorism, vehicle defects, or itinerary changes.
In the event of a dispute arising from services provided by Travel to Qin, both parties will aim to settle the matter through consultation. If no agreement can be reached within 60 days of raising the claim, the matter may be referred to arbitration in China in accordance with local rules.
I have carefully read and fully understand the booking conditions, including those related to cancellation policies, liability limitations, and participant responsibilities. I sign this agreement willingly and agree to abide by these terms.
