"China trip planner" in your search box is a job title, not a generic phrase. The person you are looking for cuts cities and sets the arc of the trip before any driver or guide enters the car. That is one job. It is not the guide who narrates the Forbidden City on day three. It is also not the OTA agent who takes your deposit and hands you a voucher.
Three roles, three different people:
If you booked a planner thinking you were booking a guide, you will get the wrong person for the job you needed.

A planner cannot do the job from a wishlist. "I want to see the highlights" is not information. "Two grandparents over 70, one nine-year-old, seven nights total, no hikes, no group coach, no Monday at the Forbidden City, we can eat anything, we want at least one slow morning" is information. The refusal list is what tells the planner what to cut.
Common refusal points worth naming up front:
For the broader city-count math, the planning questions that come up before this one sit on another page; bring answers, not questions, to the planner.

A planner who works on private ground responds with a city count, a region choice, and a private day shape for your party only. They do not recruit you into a group departure. They do not promise you the cheapest option. They do not promise seats at restaurants that do not exist. They tell you what fits, and they tell you what to drop.
What a planner cannot do: change your visa status, replace your tourist visa paperwork, fix a payment app on your phone, or invent a museum slot the venue has not released. Those sit with you, with the embassy, or with the museum — not with the planner.

The planner role at TravelToQin is built around party-only ground. You send us night count, party age, refusals, and the cities you refuse to drop; we return a private day shape across the private China options that fit your profile. If your party profile changes after booking, the shape changes — not the group size.
What we do not do: publish fixed departures, sell seats to join other travelers, run an AI itinerary widget that auto-generates a route, or hand you a questionnaire disguised as a planning tool. Your party only — and the planner is the one who answers the door.
Send the four numbers that actually matter: nights, party age, refusals, and one city you refuse to drop. Add the window if you have one. We respond with a region choice and the private day shape that fits, or we tell you the window does not work.
Send your numbers to the planning team and we will come back with what fits your party.
