School books and coach brochures in English usually print one wall name: Badaling Great Wall. Search results treat that name as “the Great Wall.” On TravelToQin’s Beijing four- and five-day modules, the wall morning is Mutianyu. There is no Badaling day in those itineraries.
This page exists so the default name does not become the default booking. It is not a Badaling visitor guide, not a bus-route cheat sheet, and not a promise that Mutianyu is empty. Tickets, cable-car hours, and sudden closures follow each park’s own notice on the day you go. We do not print a price.
Badaling sits in Yanqing, northwest of central Beijing, on the old tourist-coach pattern: a restored, photographed section next to a highway logic that packs groups. “Badaling wall” in a search box is the same place under a shorter label. A private wall day does not have to use that parking lot just because the word is famous.

If you already bought a seat on a public departure that writes Badaling, you are buying that park’s crowd pattern. TravelToQin does not operate that coach.
Juyongguan often appears on the same coach day as Badaling — another restored gate on the northwest approach, still not Mutianyu. It is not a quiet substitute. It is the same product idea with a different ticket window.
Which section is actually a walk rather than a cable-car outing is hiking the Great Wall of China. Jinshanling, Gubeikou, and Jiankou stay on that page. This one will not open a second matrix.
Mutianyu is in Huairou, north of the city, forested, restored enough to walk, and set up for a cable car. On the Beijing 4D3N module, day 1 is airport to hotel. Day 2 is Tiananmen and the Forbidden City. Day 3 is Mutianyu in the morning and the Summer Palace in the afternoon, with a car that stays with your party at the wall gate. The five-day module keeps that same wall-and-garden day. Neither line uses the three-day Beijing product as the default wall (that shorter line includes Universal Studios).

Elders who cannot climb stairs still have a cable car at Mutianyu. True step-free access is a case-by-case brief, not a hidden SKU. If you insist on Badaling anyway, say so in the inquiry: that is a custom swap, not the four-day wall morning, and remaining tickets still belong to that park. TravelToQin can place the wall day at Mutianyu, keep the car at the gate, and arrange timed entry when Mutianyu is on a trip we operate. We cannot create extra tickets, skip security, or promise an empty rampart at either section.
If the wall morning should stay Mutianyu, send walking limits and whether anyone needs the cable car both ways through contact. If the name Badaling is non-negotiable, write that in the same note so the day block is rewritten on purpose, not by brochure habit.
